Are you a Housing Repairs Co-Ordinator looking for work in Bristol?

Morgan Hunt’s Public Sector and Government client based in Bristol is looking to recruit a Housing Repairs Co-Ordinator to provide support throughout a busy period.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

As a Housing Repairs Co-Ordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants reporting housing repair issues. Your role will involve handling queries over the phone, coordinating repair requests, and ensuring that all repairs are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling repair queries over the phone, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring they receive timely and effective responses.
  • Log and track all repair requests, coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure repairs are completed promptly.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with tenants, providing updates on the status of repairs and any necessary follow-up actions.
  • Ensure all repair requests and actions are accurately recorded in the housing management system.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the repair process, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Ensure all repairs are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless service for tenants.
