Job Introduction

As a key member of the Housing and Support team, your role will be integral in providing exceptional housing and support services to our residents. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, ensuring both a dynamic work environment and a significant impact on our community.

  • Supervisory Role: You will oversee Housing and Support team members at your site, ensuring high standards of service and support.
  • Collaborative Leadership: With the Housing and Support Manager, you’ll foster a whole-team approach to delivering Progression opportunities, working closely with the Progression Team Manager.
  • Managing High-Risk Cases: You will handle a small caseload of residents with high-level risks or needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and care.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to enhance resident experience.
  • Revenue and Service Charge Maximisation: Assist the Housing and Support Manager in maximising rent and service charge income to maintain the financial stability of services.
  • Safeguarding Responsibilities: You will be responsible for safeguarding residents at your service, ensuring their safety and well being.
  • Maximising Housing Occupancy: Maximise occupancy by managing referrals, inducting new residents, and liaising with partner agencies.
  • Compliance and Behaviour Management: Ensure adherence to Tenancy and License conditions, decisively addressing anti-social behaviour and following organisation policies and procedures.
