Morgan Hunt are currently working with a National Regulatory body in their search for a permanent Head of Professional Standards. This role will lead the new professional standards team.
The role will provide strategic leadership of the regulatory policy framework underpinning the standards for education, training and ongoing competence of barristers. As well as developing this new team to deliver an effective education and training policy function for the Standards department and the organisation.
The perfect candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing multiple complex policy projects, leading on them, engaging internal and external stakeholders and managing risk. As well as Considerable experience of working within a similar educational, training or regulatory field.
You should be a well-developed strategic thinker with analytical skills including the ability to source and interpret complex data and significant experience in leadership and people and performance management.

Job Title: Head of Professional Standards
Location: London – Hybrid ( 4 days a month in the office )
Annual Salary: £75,000-£85,000
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time hours – 37.5 hour week
