Head of People & Culture, 7 month FTC – Not for Profit sector – London with hybrid working – £59,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with experience of leading a small team.

Reporting into the Director of People you will be be responsible for leading the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR operation. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Acting as a trusted advisor to all employees, providing confidential and timely advice and guidance regarding ER matters

• Overseeing the management of the end-to-end recruitment process

• Leading on change management initiatives across the organisation

• Supporting the Director of People to deliver cultural and organisational development projects

• Overseeing HR operations, through the management of the People Advisor

• Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on key HR data

You will be a senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR with experience of leading a small team. You need to have a proven track record of partnering with managers on a broad range of people issues , including employee relations, performance management, change management and recruitment and selection. A good knowledge of learning and development and employee engagement is also important.
