Morgan Hunt are currently working with a National Regulatory body in their search for a permanent Head of Authorisations.
This role will lead a team in the successful strategic leadership and operational management of the organisations authorisation of regulated organisations and individuals. You will guide the team through a programme of process operational development and continuous improvement to achieves overall strategic objectives.
The perfect candidate will a legal qualified and able to hold a practising certificate as either a solicitor or barrister with excellent technical knowledge of the relevant law and regulation. As well as an understanding of how to apply a risk-based regulatory framework in practice.
You should have experience of leading high performing teams in complex, high volume operational processing settings with strong leadership capability with people management experience. As well as working in complex regulatory and legislative settings.
The benefits offered by the organisation are up to 31 days annual leave, up to 12% employer’s pension contribution, parental leave and flexible working policies. As well as a range of additional benefits.
Job Title: Head of Authorisations
Location: London – Hybrid ( 4 days a month in the office )
Annual Salary: £75,000-£85,000
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time hours – 37.5 hour week
