The Role:

🖊️Job Title – Hairdressing Lecturer

📍 Location – King’s Lynn

⏳ Hours – Part-Time – 16 hours per week

📅 Contract Length – Temporary

💰 Pay Rate – £28 – £32 per hour (depending on qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging hairdressing lessons.

✔️ Teach and provide in-depth subject knowledge in Level 3 Hairdressing.

✔️ Support and mentor students, offering constructive feedback to develop their skills.

✔️ Stay up to date with the latest industry techniques and innovations to enhance teaching practices.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Essential: Level 3 Hairdressing qualification & Assessor Award.

🔹 Desirable: Teaching qualification and/or prior teaching experience.

🔹 Ability to step in and teach Level 3 students confidently.

🔹 Strong communication and mentoring skills.
