The Role:

🖊️Job Title – Hairdressing & Barbering Lecturer

📍 Location – Bedfordshire

⏳ Hours – Part-Time

📅 Contract Length – Temporary (until the end of the academic year)

💰 Pay Rate – £30 – £32 per hour (depending on qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hairdressing & Barbering lessons.

✔️ Teach and provide in-depth subject knowledge.

✔️ Mentor and support students, offering constructive feedback to foster their growth and passion for the industry.

✔️ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and innovations to enhance teaching practices.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Minimum GCSE qualifications in Maths & English.

🔹 Previous experience teaching Hairdressing & Barbering.

🔹 A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.

🔹 Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications.

🔹 Strong communication skills, both face-to-face, over the phone, and in writing.

🔹 An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
