Morgan Hunt is currently working with a regulatory organisation in search of a Graphic Design Manager to join the team and elevate the Graphic Design department, offering innovative solutions and working alongside the wider digital team.
This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract, working hybrid from the London Office.
The salary for the position is up to £46,000 p/a plus benefits.
Key responsibilities of the Graphic Design Manager:
– Lead creative projects within the team, motivating your colleagues to innovate and create best in class products.
– Manage a busy graphic design function with a focus on quality and creativity
– Create innovative and engaging concepts in collaboration with the wider digital team to elevate the organisations profile
– Line manage a small team, ensuring quality work is delivered in good pace. Upskill and develop junior members of staff.
– Prepare and present design concepts and drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Previous experience of the Graphic Design Manager:
– Ability to use conceptual thinking to devise creative products, working alongside colleagues from other specialisms.
– Experience in working with brand guidelines
– Ability to manage project from concept to design and delivery.
– Experience delivering high-quality design work across a range of creative products
– Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite- Illustrator, Photoshop InDesign etc.
