We have a current opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor for a multi disciplinary consultancy in Surrey. They currently focus on a variety of sectors from Commercial, Defence, Heatlhcare & Public Sector.

• Conduct building inspections and surveys to assess structural integrity, identify defects, and prepare detailed reports.
• Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications and building control applications for new developments or refurbishments.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure that projects comply with legal and regulatory standards, such as health and safety regulations.
• Support project management activities, including cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration, while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

• £28,000 – £32,000 salary (DOE)
