Part time Floating Support Worker – Richmond!

Position: Part time Floating Support Worker/Tenancy Management
Location: Richmond, (2 days a week)
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Role Overview: Support vulnerable customers in Richmond, helping them sustain tenancies and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide intensive support, conduct home visits, and ensure support plans are in place and reviewed
• Agency Collaboration: Work with specialist agencies to meet customer needs.
• Professional Representation: Attend multi-agency meetings to resolve complex cases
• Risk and Safeguarding: Conduct risk assessments and address safeguarding concerns
• Financial Support: Assist customers with financial support through the hardship fund
• Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload, offering tailored support

Requirements:

• Experience in floating support or tenancy management.
• Understanding of the benefit systems.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
