Part-time Finance Manager

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Salary: Competitive

Morgan Hunt is pleased to be working with a leading health and social care organisation dedicated to bringing together people and organisations with a shared vision to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Scotland. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Finance Manager to lead the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the charity, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Produce management accounts and financial reports as required
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and mentor two finance officers.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Preferably you will be a fully qualified accountancy/finance professional with either a CIMA or ACCA recognised qualification.
• A proven track record in financial control and strong attention to detail
• Experience of using Sage Line 50 accounts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
