Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for Finance Manager in London on a permanent basis with major Housing Association. This Finance Manager role is paying up to £75,000 per annum.

The Finance Manager will be having a focus on being a Finance Business Partner to key stakeholders whilst leading the Financial and Management accounts function and a small and growing team.

Main Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

• Act as the Finance Business Partner for budget holders within the organisation.
• Provide essential financial data and reports to management.
• Oversee the budgeting process and performance reporting.
• Assist managers with the preparation of business cases.
• Direct and manage accounting for capital expenditure and oversee the financial year-end audit.

Person Specification of the Finance Manager:

• experience in leading financial and management accounts.
• Qualified Accountant.
• Experience in managing and developing staff.
• Proven ability to motivate staff to achieve high work performance standards.
• Recent, relevant experience in producing statutory financial accounts from trial balance.
• Hands-on approach to task execution.
• Ability to maintain a satisfactory basic level DBS check.
