My client has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their team! The role would suit someone who is looking for their first role in finance or someone looking to build upon their current experience.

Reporting into the senior management accountant, the successful candidate will be responsible for the duties listed below:

Main Responsibilities

• Confirmation of invoicing & working with external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries.
• Preparation of weekly finance dashboards to support the finance team and wider business units.
• Putting together the reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring costs are captured and input correctly in finance database.
• Prepare charges for inclusion in monthly billing cycles
• Offer ad-hoc support to the finance team and wider operations team where required.

We are looking for someone who possess the below skills:

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Strong Excel skills

Upon starting the role, full training on internal finance systems and standard business practices will be given.

My client is offering a competitive salary of between £24,000 – £26,000 alongside, hybrid working, generous holiday entitlement and private health care.
