  • Morgan Hunt is working with a Charity in East London who are looking at recruiting a Finance Administrator. This is a 2-3 month contract role paying up to £14 p/hour..

    This is an excellent short term contract for a finance individual with a potential permanent role on the horizon upon completion.

    Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator:

    • Perform routine transactions on Quickbooks and manage petty cash systems for smooth operation.
    • Prepare and process payments for purchase invoices, salaries, and pension contributions.
    • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and annual audit processes.
    • Update bank mandates and oversee the opening of new bank accounts.
    • Coordinate essential repairs, maintenance, and health and safety procedures for premises and equipment.

    Previous Skills and Experience of the Finance Administrator:

    • Quickbooks.
    • Bookkeeping.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Previous experience in the Public sector or education environment.
    • Willing to go into the office 5 days p/week and can start ASAP.
