Morgan Hunt is recruiting for Fabric/Carpenter Craftsperson to work for NHS Trust in South West London on a temporary basis. The details of the job are below:

Fabric/Carpenter Craftsperson

Hours: 37.5 8am to 4pm Mon – Fri

Pay Rate: £17ph PAYE .

Location: South West London

Suitable candidates must have full clean driving licence vehicle will be provide

Main Duties: Carpentry work, Inspecting and maintaining Fire doors, carrying out a wide range of minor improvement works, assist in surveyors of new works.

Job Summary

The purpose of this Fabric Craftsperson role is to maintain the building fabric and installation of new works. The Fabric Craftsperson will be responsible to undertake unsupervised specialist building maintenance works. Successfully deliver or support the delivery of individual maintenance, new minor works and new minor works packages and working to short timeframes.

The Fabric Craftsperson will be required to fit seamlessly into the current management and team structure and provide vital support in the delivery of the department. You will have extensive building fabric experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures necessary to deliver the aims and objectives of the department.
