Morgan Hunt is currently working with a London based Membership body in search of a permanent
Role offers a salary of £29,475 per annum and 50/50 hybrid working from the London Office
Key responsibility of the new Events Assistant:
Organisation and maintain the working relationships with the organisations members through the
delivery of events including roundtable discussions (breakfasts, lunches, and dinners), launch
events, webinars and virtual roundtables, conferences, dinners, and receptions.
from planning to on-the-day delivery and provide logistical arrangements with both member
hosts and/or external venues to ensure events run smoothly (some flexibility in hours will be
required)
name badges, agendas etc., circulation of papers and joining instructions to internal and
external contacts, managing enquiries about the event.
as required for both internal and external stakeholders.
updating the app as appropriate for each event and ensuring it is accurate and accessible on
the day.
Conference, Future Leaders’ Dinner, National Conference. Taking on a key role for each
event, including registration and attendee communication, venue and catering,
AV/Production company liaison, conference app, and sponsors and exhibitors.
with a pro-active approach to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all areas.
