Morgan Hunt is currently working with A Membership Body Based in the City of London in search for a

Events and Facilities Officer.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Events and Facilities Manager, in particular reference to responding to event requests, providing information to ensure events consistency.

Role: Events and Facilities Officer

Contract: 9 Month Temporary Contract

Pay: £35,000 FTE

Location: City of London

Key Responsibilities of the new Events and Facilities Officer:

  • Daily monitoring of both Events inboxes for both internal and external enquiries.

  • Support the Events and Facilities Manager with event preparations and requirements in a safe and efficient way.

  • Liaison with team and the Senior Events Portfolio Manager to ensure all aspects of events have been correctly captured and uploaded on the room booking system.

  • Maintain the events CRM database.

  • Monitor the Facilities inbox and action requests for any maintenance tasks, stationery enquires and merchandise requests.

  • Maintain the PPM (planned preventative maintenance) schedule, by booking in contractors as and when required.

Previous experience of the new Events and Facilities Officer:

  • Experience of working in a Facilities/Estates environment.

  • Experience of working within education setting.

  • Experience of providing customer service.

  • Experience in Microsoft 365 particularly Excel.
