Electrical Installation Lecturer

Morgan Hunt are working closely with a college in the Greater Manchester Area, to recruit an Electrical Installation lecturer ahead of the new academic year.

We are looking for either an experienced lecturer in electrical installation or a JIB qualified (Level 3) person from trade or someone who holds an AM2 qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching sessions, covering a range of electrical installation topics, to students of varying abilities.
• Develop and update curriculum materials, ensuring they meet industry standards and promote a comprehensive learning experience.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress, using a variety of assessment methods to gauge their understanding and skill development.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, fostering positive student engagement and promoting their personal and professional growth.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and prepares students for the evolving field of electrical installations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance the learning experience through guest lectures, industry placements, and relevant projects.
