The Electrical Installation lecturer will need to have:

• English & Maths at Level 2 (GCSE / O Level, Grade C/4 or above)
• Recognised level 3 vocational qualification in Electrical Installation.
• Assessor award or willing to work towards one.
• Need to be a qualified Electrician.

Ideal & additional experience:

• Internal verifier award.
• Experience of managing an apprenticeship caseload.
• Teaching qualification.
• Working knowledge of assessing learners within the workplace.
• Recent experience of improving learner success rates.
