We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusivity in education. As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a strategic and visionary HR leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Director of Human Resources.
You will shape and implement HR strategies that align with our mission and values helping to attract, develop, and keep the very best people. Everything you do will help the College achieve its objectives, whether it is developing and implementing policies or championing staff wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion.
Your expert advice on HR strategy, workforce planning and organisational change will be valued as will your leadership on employee relations supporting a harmonious relationship with the trade unions.
To be the HR professional we are looking for you will need to be a strategic, forward-thinking HR professional with a track record of success in managing customer focussed HR functions within large complex organisations. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for staff and students alike.
