Position: Director of Finance and Resources
Salary: £75,000 per annum
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight (Flexible/Hybrid working available)
Annual Leave: 35 days per annum, plus bank holidays
Pension Scheme: TPS/LGPS
Relocation Package: Available by individual agreement

We are looking for a Director of Finance and Resources to lead the financial and resource management of our college. This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to guide the college’s strategic direction, ensuring financial sustainability, effective use of resources and compliance with statutory regulations. You will play a key part in supporting our mission to provide high-quality education and a safe, efficient learning environment for staff and students.
