Director of Estates Post No: MA111

As Director of Estates, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our college, ensuring our campus remains a cutting-edge, sustainable and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors alike
A member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Deputy Principal, you will develop and implement a comprehensive estates strategy that supports the college’s strategic ambitions. This will involve ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of the colleges estate including buildings grounds and infrastructure, ensuring the provision of a safe and appropriate environment for the College’s learners, staff and customers, and managing budgets, resources and contractors to achieve optimal efficiency and value for money .
If you have proven experience of Estates management of a multi-site campus, preferably within an FE environment, sound knowledge of building services and relevant legislation and excellent budget management and communication skills, then we would love to hear from you.
