The Role:
New City College is looking to recruit a Deputy Principal for its BSix Campus. This is a fantastic time to join us as a Deputy Principal, leading the campus to ensure a dynamic, successful and innovative college.
Key Responsibilities:
The new post holder is an essential part of setting standards for the campus. They lead on the ethos, culture and student behaviour. The Deputy Principal ensures the campus is a safe and productive place for learning.
Who You Are:
Deputy Principals also drive up achievement and teaching and learning on each campus. They also work with the local communities to meet local need and foster positive relationships.
In addition to leadership of the BSix Campus, the Deputy Principal will have a strategic group responsibility across the matrix.
