Following the promotion of our current Deputy Head (Pastoral) to the role of Senior Deputy Head at Kingswood School in Bath, we have a truly exciting opportunity for a New Deputy Head (Pastoral) to join our Senior Leadership Team in this key role leading pastoral delivery and innovation. An excellent communicator you will be able to inspire confidence amongst pupils, parents and the teaching staff.
Reporting to the Senior Deputy Head, you will lead the provision of pastoral care throughout the School, ensuring the emotional, physical and intellectual wellbeing of the whole pupil body. You will be required to inspire confidence amongst pupils, parents and the pastoral team. A strategic thinker, this role will shape and develop a coherent and innovative whole-school pastoral curriculum.
Although we would prefer to appoint for January 2025, we would consider delaying the appointment to September 2025 for the right candidate.
