We’re looking for a Temporary Customer Services Officer to be the welcoming face and first point of contact at our client centres.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service-providing clear information, advice, and support.

  • Manage front-desk responsibilities including answering calls, handling mail, logging repairs, and processing payments.

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone on-site as a trained First Aider and Fire Marshal, including conducting regular building checks.

  • Support residents, service users, and the public by listening, resolving concerns, and managing complaints with care and professionalism.
