Morgan Hunt are currently working with a public sector organisation in search of a Customer Service Advisor based in South Gloucestershire on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months. This full-time position offers a hybrid working model, with 4 days spent in the office and 1 day working from home.
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:
- Provide professional and efficient customer service to residents and stakeholders
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
The Customer Service Advisor will be required to have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a public sector or council environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
