Job Title: Curriculum & Quality Manager – ESOL

Salary: £47,991

Location: Isleworth, London

Are you an innovative ESOL specialist, looking for a new opportunity? We’re on the lookout for two new Curriculum & Quality Managers to join our ESOL provision – One with a focus on Adult Education and the other for our Threshold programmes, including 14-16 provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum innovation and development across ESOL provision.
• Act as Lead IQA for ESOL qualifications, overseeing internal verification and external examination arrangements.
• Collaborate with the Quality Improvement Team to enhance teaching, learning and assessment.

Key Requirements:

• Specialist knowledge and teaching experience within ESOL provision.
• Evidence of effective curriculum leadership.
• Experience implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes.
