Job Title: Curriculum & Quality Manager – Pre-Employment Training & Partnerships

Salary: £46,678

Location: Isleworth, London

We’re seeking a passionate Curriculum & Quality Manager to join the team at West Thames College. Leading the Pre-Employment & Training and Trade Union programmes, this role focuses on curriculum innovation, improving teaching and learning, and managing course reviews and assessments.

While the role manages Pre-Employment Training and Trade Union programmes, you DO NOT need experience in these areas to apply! We’re looking for a dynamic, innovative individual with stakeholder experience to join the team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage and support teaching & support staff.
• Develop partnerships with external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge and teaching experience in a relevant curriculum area.
• Understanding of the national policy context of the post-schools sector.
• Ability to translate the challenges faced by marginalised groups into curriculum strategies.

Desirable Criteria:

• ESOL experience
• Experience working with Job Centre
