Are you an experienced ESOL professional looking to step into management? Perhaps you’ve taken on some additional responsibilities but still want to retain the teaching element of your role?

We’re working with a London-based college who are looking for their next Curriculum Manager in ESOL. With regular teaching hours, this role is ideal for a current lecturer/team leader who is looking for their first curriculum management role, or a current manager who wants to get back to teaching!

Main responsibilities of our Curriculum Manager – ESOL:

• Working with the community to identify demand and develop curriculum offering accordingly.
• Provide leadership and direction, promoting high standards within teaching & learning.
• Assist the Head of Department with the management of staff, supervising and developing both permanent and agency members of the team.

To become our next Curriculum Manager – ESOL, you will need:

• Experience in teaching ESOL within a Further Education setting
• An English Language Teaching qualification (e.g. MA ELT/Dip TESOL/DELTA/CELTA)
• Experience working with external partners and knowledge of the awarding bodies
