Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a prestigious Further Educational College in Essex to help employ an experienced Construction professional for their full-time Curriculum Team Leader – Construction, Building Services and Engineering IOT role. The role is open to professionals with teaching experience/qualifications and industry experience who will be able to develop and nurture the next generation of Construction professionals.

The Curriculum Team Leader – Construction, Building Services and Engineering IOT will be responsible for:

• Strong industry background in construction, with specific expertise in Carpentry, Multiskills, or Building Services. Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching in FE or a similar setting
• Experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and team leadership. Ability to analyse data to inform curriculum improvements and learner outcomes
• This post has a teaching commitment of 12 per week

The Curriculum Team Leader – Construction, Building Services and Engineering IOT will need to have:

• Good formal level of education with general qualification passes
• Ideally have recent experience of working in an educational/learning environment
• The ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)
• Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangements
