Morgan Hunt are currently working with a well-established Independent Regulator, in their search for a temporary Corporate Governance Administrator to provide Governance and Secretariat duties to Senior Board Members.
You will be a key member of the team, providing support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all governance committees and Board You will also be responsible for providing high-quality comprehensive support across a range of administrative functions and processes within the context of a fast-paced and high-profile team.
In addition, you will be responsible for providing advice and support on Governance Good Practice and to continuously make improvements throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate must have good written English, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively and calmly. Proactive and solutions focused, you will have the ability to follow the processes that is already have in place.
This role will be a hybrid role, with requirement to attend the Brighton Office for meetings 6 days per month and must be flexible on extra days where needed.
Job Title: Corporate Governance Administrator
Location: Hybrid Working (6 days per Month, Brighton office)
Hourly Rate: £12.00 to £14.00 per hour (PAYE)
Job Type: Temporary Contract (6 months)
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
