Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a prestigious Further Educational College in Essex to help employ an experienced Construction or engineering professional for their full-time Construction & engineering curriculum team leader job. The Construction & engineering curriculum team leader will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the Head of construction & engineering to help plan, monitor, manage and evaluate the curriculum.
• Curriculum Planning and Development, Quality Assurance, Staff Support and Development, Student Progress and Outcomes, Operational and Day-to-Day Management, Industry Engagement, Reporting, One-to-ones and PDRs
• This post has a teaching commitment of 14 – 21 hours per week.

The Construction & engineering curriculum team leader will need to have:

• Experience working within the FE sector
• Teaching or assessing qualifications
• Good formal level of education with general qualification passes
• Ideally have recent experience of working in an educational/learning environment
• The ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)
• Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangements
