Morgan Hunt is currently working with an International Law Firm based in the City of London In search for a Conference Centre Assistant!

The Conference Centre Assistant will ensure the smooth operation of their conference centre. This individual will be responsible for maintaining their professional environment by coordinating conference centre arrangements and providing an exceptional service to both internal and external attendees.

Role: Conference Centre Assistant
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £28,000
Location: City of London, 5 days-from-office

Key Responsibilities of the new Conference Centre Assistant:

  • Ensure all rooms are set up with the necessary video conferencing equipment in a timely manner
  • Prepare boardrooms with essential stationery and refreshments.
  • Clear and clean meeting rooms after each use
  • Liaise with Reception regarding meeting requirements for the day
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Administrative Manager.
  • Assist with liaising with suppliers when necessary.
  • Ad hoc support at evening events (office based) as and when required.

Previous experience of the new Conference Centre Assistant:

  • A proactive approach.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to high standards and delivering excellent service.
