Morgan Hunt’s Public Sector and Government client based in North London, is looking to recruit a Cohort Lead to provide support throughout a busy period.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

This pivotal role involves leading supported housing initiatives, managing complex casework, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Oversee the management of supported housing projects, ensuring they meet the needs of service users while adhering to organizational standards.
• Lead and support caseworkers in managing complex cases, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with housing legislation and safeguarding policies.
• Act as a key liaison for the single homeless cohort, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including social services, mental health teams, and housing providers.
• Ensure the delivery of measurable outcomes, including tenancy sustainment, increased independence, and service user progression.
• Ensure all services align with the latest housing legislation and policies, focusing on trauma-informed and client-centered approaches.
