Morgan Hunt are working with a Professional Regulator who are currently looking for a number of temporary Case Managers to join the Triage Team – managing a varied caseload of concerns and make well-reasoned and robust recommendations about whether the threshold for investigation is met.
The purpose of the role is to make independent decisions about when to escalate issues of public protection, what is a matter of concern, apply a risk level, make decisions if an interim order is required by taking ownership of enquiries and applying sound judgement
You will analyse and assess the concerns and supporting information received and identify and request any further information required to determine whether the threshold for investigation is met. They will also act as first and primary point of contact for the team, providing consistent and high-quality customer service.
The successful post-holders will be an experienced Caseworker/Investigator, ideally with experience within the Regulatory Sector. You will be proactive, well-communicated and organised with the ability to hit the ground running.
Job Title: Case Manager (Triage)
Location: Fully Remote
Hourly Rate: £21.00 – £26.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Job Type: Temporary (until end of March, with potential extension/permanency)
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
