Pentagon Talent have partnered with a top 50 US Law firm, operating on a global capacity. Boasting over 100+ years’ worth of experience, my client is seeking a dynamic Billing Coordinator to join their finance team.
The Billing Coordinator will report into a seasoned Financial Controller who has extensive experience in the firm’s processes. Working closely with the Financial Controller and other team members, the successful Billing Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with various internal departments and senior stakeholders across the business to ensure bills are sent out accurately and in a timely manner.
Duties/Responsibilities of the Legal Billing Coordinator
Desired experience of the Legal Billing Coordinator
· Experience working in Billing Coordinator role within the legal sector
· Knowledge using legal finance software e.g Aderant/Elite
· Strong use of MS packages (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
· Strong communicator
· Excellent Multitasker
· Can do attitude
· Able to work independently
· Flexible
· Strong team player
· Knowledge using E-billing systems
