They have over 30 staff in their business, and plan to be at 50 in the next few years given recent success in the market.
Position
We are seeking an experienced, Associate Director Architect to join our clients Health & Science team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex, impactful projects while mentoring a team of talented architects and collaborating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and strategic direction of high-profile healthcare, laboratory, and research facilities. You will be involved in every phase of the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to completion, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of functionality, sustainability, and innovation.
Business Development, and winning work is also an essential part of this role within this business.
They expect this appointment to progress into a Director level within the firm.
