Morgan Hunt are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician for an immediate contract position.

This is to service Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Build To Rent developments of up to £60m in contract value.

The new role

• Using Revit to produce technical drawings
• Stage 4 + Stage 5
• Previous experience of PBSA or BTR schemes in Scotland would be advantageous.
• Revit proficiency
• Strong technical knowledge of current planning & building regulations
• Ability to work well independently
• Is office based.
