Duties

• Manage the intake and processing of enrollment applications, ensuring all required documents and information are complete and accurate.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date enrollment records using college-specific enrollment management systems or databases.
• Generate enrollment reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and planning.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate organisational, team, written, verbal and multitasking skills.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.
