Key Responsibilities
Oversee a varied portfolio of clients, managing relationships, delivering work within budget, and acting as the main point of contact.
Lead on planning, supervision, and finalisation of both accounts and audit assignments.
Collaborate closely with tax, cloud, and other specialist teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Guide seamless onboarding of new clients, and work cross-functionally to implement efficient systems and processes.
Mentor and manage a team of seniors, semi-seniors, and trainees-providing feedback, support, and ongoing development.
Contribute to business development through networking and relationship building, both internally and externally.
Assist with internal resource planning and capacity management.
Prepare and review statutory accounts in line with FRS 102, and ensure compliance with International Auditing Standards.
Engage in ad hoc assignments and support partners and associate directors as a trusted team player.
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least five years of post-qualification experience.
Excellent knowledge of International Auditing Standards and FRS 102.
Proficient in CCH (accounts production and corporation tax) and Xero (including data extraction and adjustments).
Strong Excel skills, particularly in building business plans and forecasts.
A track record of effective portfolio and people management.
What’s on Offer
A varied role in a forward-thinking, supportive firm.
A culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Opportunities to work on complex and high-impact assignments.
