Black Leadership Job Board (BLJB) has been created in collaboration with Morgan Hunt and Black Leadership Group to address a pressing issue:
Just 1.5% of senior leadership positions are held by Black or ethnic minority individuals.
This is a stark reality that needs to change — and the BLJB is here to drive that change. While it can be assumed that the Black Leadership Job Board exists solely for profit, our real purpose is to tackle the critical issue of diversity in the workplace head-on. It’s clear that many organisations have yet to take meaningful steps to improve their diversity challenges, and we’re here to help.
