Location: Southend
Salary: £34,000 – £39,000
Contract Type: Permanent

About Us

The Role

As the Floating Support Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop Services: Shape and improve programs to meet the needs of our clients effectively.
  • Monitor Performance: Use data-driven insights to enhance outcomes and achieve service goals.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with clients, families, and partner organizations to create a positive and holistic impact.
  • Champion Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in team management, preferably within a support or social care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of housing, mental health, or social care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to evolving challenges.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals
  • Oversee case working for our residents who have complex and multiple needs, including substance use and mental health issues.
