Outreach Worker

Pay: £13 – £16 per hour
Contract: Temporary (2-3 months)

Note: An Enhanced DBS is mandatory

About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to assist street outreach workers in supporting rough sleepers. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by helping them access essential services and secure housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities Monday to Friday to engage with rough sleepers.
• Collaborate with agencies to identify suitable housing and support solutions.
• Advocate for clients’ welfare, including healthcare and other needs.
• Manage a caseload, providing ongoing guidance until clients are securely housed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes using CHAIN and other databases.
