Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Hoisting/Personal Care Experience Required)
Location: Watford or Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £14 per hour PAYE or £16 Umbrella
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing personalised support to learners, ensuring they have the tools and assistance needed to thrive academically and socially. Candidates must have experience with hoisting and personal care, as these are integral to supporting our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with physical and learning needs.
• Assist with personal care and hoisting in accordance with individual care plans.
• Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Promote independence and confidence among learners.

Requirements:

• Experience with hoisting and personal care is essential.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a learning support role is desirable.
