Role -Solutions Architect (M365 Purview Records Management)
Rate – £600-£800 per day (Inside IR35)
End of March
Hybrid- 1 Day per week in the office
Location – London
About the Role –
The Solutions Architect will act as an SME and will help design, develop and plan the deployment of Microsoft Purview Records Management.
They will work closely with the Departmental Records Officer (DRO) and other Knowledge and Information Management professionals, as well as colleagues around Client to understand the current state, and user and business requirements.
They will advise on how best to optimize records management frameworks and streamline retention schedules and will ensure that configuration of records management policies and processes is aligned with industry standards, legislative and regulatory requirements and best practices.
Responsibilities-
Essential –
– Business Analysis/Consultative approach
– Good understanding of the information/records management legislative and regulatory obligations upon a Government Department (Public Record Body) and related standards
– Experience in developing and implementing records
retention schedules, classification systems, and policies.

– Microsoft Purview Records Management
Desirable-Ideally the candidate should be proficient in the implementation and management of Microsoft Purview Records Management across both Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities.
