About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated lecturers in Watford & Surrounding areas on an hourly paid basis. You will deliver high-quality teaching in your specialist subject area, supporting learners to achieve their goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in your subject area.
• Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on learner progress.
• Support learners with additional needs as required.
• Ensure compliance with college policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

• A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience teaching in your subject area.
• DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
