I am working with a client based in Motherwell who is seeking a Lettings Officer for a 6 month temporary contract on a full-time basis. The role can be done on a hybrid basis and the ideal candidate would be a driver as driving is required as part of the role (pool cars are available). The hourly rate is up to £20ph.

Responsibilities include helping to organise current processes that are in place. The role also requires managing beginning/end of tenancies, managing rents/reconciliations etc, visiting tenants etc.

Essential Criteria:

• Private Letting experience.
• Use of the SME system.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous knowledge of working with Mid Market Rent.
• Letwell Qualifications
• Safeagent Qualifications.
