We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Work-Based Learning Manager to join a Education Engineering team in Warwickshire. This role will lead the development and management of work-based learning programs, including apprenticeships and industry placements, tailored for students in engineering-related fields. The successful candidate will collaborate with educational institutions and industry partners to create and implement engaging, high-quality learning experiences that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee work-based learning opportunities and partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Ensure programs align with curriculum standards, industry needs, and best practices in engineering education.
- Support students throughout their placements, providing guidance to enhance employability skills.
- Manage employer relationships, maintain compliance, and report on program performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Background in engineering education or related field, with experience in work-based learning or apprenticeship programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with employers and educational institutions.
