A senior planner is required for a period of 6 months initially. You would be working within a housing maintenance department dealing with customers, trades staff and contractors.

The main duties of the role are:

• Planning and scheduling trades jobs (reactive works) efficiently to maximise productivity
• Liaise with tenants, staff and contractors to resolve any queries and issues in a professional manner.
• Demonstrating and maintaining effective communication between trades and customers;
• Delivering excellent customer service to through various channels of communication e
• React and respond to emergency repairs
• Daily management of a team of 5 (if has previous management experience)

To be considered for this role you must have experience in planning/logistics within a social housing/repairs or similar sector. Management experience is desirable but not essential. If you are interested please apply ASAP. m
