2 weeks initially – could go on for 3 months
Pay: £17 – 19 PAYE
Location: Nottingham
Key Responsibilities:
- Support staff through inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and day-to-day guidance, ensuring alignment with policies, including Safeguarding.
- Lead team meetings, fostering communication between staff and senior management to promote innovative practices.
- Ensure staff adhere to the Code of Conduct, meeting individual and team goals, while supporting policy reviews and development.
- Promote positive relationships with partners and referral agencies, including those working with minority groups.
- Implement Juno’s Equality and Diversity policy, integrating equality’s and human rights into team work.
- Gather and use Survivor feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Act as the designated Health and Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support volunteer integration and ensure their effectiveness within the team.
- Stay up to date on training, sharing relevant knowledge with the team.
Management Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Juno’s performance evaluation, working with the Performance and Information Manager.
- Maintain records and ensure timely reporting for monitoring purposes.
- Implement accountability systems within a multi-agency framework.
- Regularly review and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and risk management procedures.
General Duties:
- Safeguard the security of Juno, its staff, volunteers, and clients, upholding confidentiality.
- Advocate for survivors, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation (Safeguarding, Equality, Health & Safety).
- Participate in other duties as needed, aligned with organisational values.
